2025 Advanced Manufacturing survey launches, manufacturers invited to respond

Advanced Manufacturing Outlook Survey 2025

Canadian Manufacturing and Plant magazine have launched their annual survey, focused on Advanced Manufacturing and the the adoption of Industry 4.0 across the industry, with a specific focus on how its being used to alleviate challenges in the marketplace. The responses and data will be used to create a blueprint report for Canadian companies to use as they address opportunities and hurdles heading into 2025.

This survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and will provide an analysis on the overall awareness, usage and current status of Canada’s manufacturing sector and how Industry 4.0 technologies are benefitting Canadian businesses.

Key questions centre around how technology is being used to deal with cybersecurity challenges, supply chain delays, inflation, labour shortage issues, develop product innovations, apply data findings, and other themes.

The survey takes a deep look into technology implementation challenges, including financing questions, and provides an opportunity for manufacturers to provide feedback on what they’re concerned about heading into the future.

The final product, the Advanced Manufacturing Report, will be published in the fall, along with the survey findings and additional insight from industry leaders. The Report will aim to answer questions around how advanced manufacturing technologies are providing an opportunity for businesses to stay competitive, and where the industry is heading in the wake of its mass adoption.
