MONTREAL — SEGULA Technologies is set to expand its Canadian presence amid rising investments in the electric vehicle market and aerospace manufacturing industry.

Following the launch of its Tooling Automation Systems (TAS) division in the US, SEGULA is now extending this initiative to Canada.

The company claims to strengthen its manufacturing engineering organization in Canada with a new organization aiming at delivering new projects for aerospace and automotive customers and serving the needs of local and international industrial players from the sustainable mobility sector like rail, bus or electric car manufacturers.

“So far SEGULA Canada has experienced significant success in its product development activities, and we are increasingly undertaking projects in the field of manufacturing engineering and automation,” said Yann Favier, CEO of SEGULA Technologies.

“We are primarily focusing on aerospace and automotive but are considering any industry interested in improving its efficiency.”

SEGULA is aiming to create 150 jobs over the next three years.
